yamaha 150 HPDI

How does the HPDI compare to the optimax lets say in a 150HP, in these areas
1. Engine noise
2. ease of operation (start up, smoothness)
3. weight of motor
4. Yamaha controls vs. Merc.
5. does Yamaha have anything like the Merc. smartmonitor to keep track of hours, rpms, fuel usage, etc.

I currently run an optimax and just curious as how Yamaha guys like their HPDI series motors, I like the optimax but would like to keep open mind to other options next time Im in market for new boat.

My Yamaha will burn a bit more fuel and somewhat more oil than an Optimax and the Optimax may be a little quicker, but I still love my "Hammer".
