How do I know if I am truely at WOT?

I installed an engine interface cable a few months back, I can now see a digital readout of my RPMS on my Lowrance. Turning a 27 T-1 I can only turn it to like 5550 at best, have even tried several different heights. I tried a 26 Fury and only saw around 5650. I am wondering if my throttle needs adjusted.

Would this be as simple as moving the stop on the Hotfoot or would I have to make adjustment under the cowling somewhere?

Everyone I know with ZX250 / 250 yami run a 25 pitch...Check the throttle plates and if they are opening all the way, then the throttle is fine...Think you are just over pitched...
