What tool ?

Bought a new dust seal for my 75 HP trim cylinder now i need to get the end cap off. What tool do i need to the end cap off and where can i get one.
Try-ed to make one by welding a couple pins on a pliers gut the pins bent.

Any help would be appreciated.

A couple years ao, someone on here made a nice tool to remove the cap. Maybe they'll post it again.

I believe it's called a spanner wrench. You might do a search on it. You might be able to rent one or rent it for free at auto zone etc.
