150 V-Max Trim Question ?

I have a 2004 150 HP Yamaha V-Max. At times when I start to trim it up it won't go up..I can trim it down without any problems just for a second and then trim it up. I thinking it may have a bad trim solenoid.!! I checked for a loose wire and didn't see one on the solenoid.. Is there any thing else that could be wrong..I've never had the first thing go wrong with this motor..KNOCK ON WOOD.....

I have had the same problem with an evinrude and it was due to a weak battery. The battery was strong enough to crank the motor, but was not strong enough to pull in the trim solenoids all the time.
