2006 Yamaha F60 breaks up at 3700 rpms

fuel system is clean. I beleive maybe coils are breaking down or high speed coils. Acts similar to when you overrev motor except for it does it at 3700. Where should I start i checked and cleaned fuel system. I hooked up to YDS and found no faults. any ideas?

Remove the air silencer and with the motor running spray some carb cleaner into each air plenum. The cylinders should choke down, if they increase with the carb cleaner you have an injector problem. You may have to do this at about 2500 rpms to get the results you are looking for.
