I have an 07 225 HPDI V-MAX and this morning I was running water through it and it is only coming out the prop exhaust. Does this mean my impellar is bad?? The last time I was out my water pressure was fine and the water was coming out in a solid stream as usual. If it was some how clogged how could I check it? I have a tournament tomorrow, this could be abad deal...any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!
It's probably fine. If you're running it on the garden hose, there might not be enough water pressure to make it pee, if that's what you're talking about. Another possibility could be mud dobbers (wasps).
Did any alarms go off?
One way to check it would be to submerge the lower unit in a large garbage can and run it. Don't run it hard, just let it idle to see if everything works ok.
