    Fuel Pump Bolt Torque Specifications

I replaced the fuel pumps on my 2003 VMAX 150 HPDI today. The bolts securing the fuel pumps were not very tight. I was able to remove them with light pressure with a nut driver. I want to make sure that I tighten them correctly.

I am worried that they were not torqued correctly when they were initially installed. What are the torque specifications for the bolts?

    Thanks in advance,

    Todd

Re: Fuel Pump Bolt Torque Specifications (bang2568)

I'm getting this from the OX66 manual, so it may not be perfect.

On 8mm nuts (M5 bolts), 3.6 ft. pds.
On 10mm nuts (M6 bolts), 5.8 ft. pds.
