Was wondering if anyone has been using the m-y Wedge? if so, what's your thoughts?
I liked Mercury's Lock-n-Stow motor saver made by swivle eze on my previous boat with a merc, but now have a Yammie.

I have been using m-ywedge for 3-4 years and like it alot. I have steering clips made from pvc.. Make sure that you only put it on the side w/o the zerk fitting or it will snap off. It will tell you in the directions. Some don't read them.

I use one also. Quick and simple to use...JUST READ THE DIRECTIONS FIRST, or you'll be sorry!![]()
I am using the m-y wedge, but I have since found another product that is more like the lock-n-stow, that I think I am going to go with. I really liked the lock-n stow when I had my merc.

Yamaha just released there version of the my- wedge , which is about 10.00 more . But it says YAMAHA on it where the my-wedge is .. but to answer your question they are a good product and I like it....Just be sure and get the steering wedge's with it or you will wear out the steering bushings
