Yamaha Outboard Model 4SD Advise?

Hello.

I have a Yamaha Model 4SD which had only been used 3 times, but has sat in my garage for 10 years! It was on its side...rather than straight up-and-down for the entire 10 years, and not moved. Even worse, it has gas in it! This is the model where the gas tank is built into the unit itself.

I hope its not ruined because of this?

Anyway---I'd like to get it running. Can anyone give me advise on what to do next? I'm assuming I should empty the gas, replace the spark plug??

Also, what is the Mixture on gas/oil? I'm assuming I mix the gas/oil before I place it in the tank?

I'd suggest a rebuild on the carb and new gas. I'm not sure on the oil ratio, but I'd like to think that 50:1 would be a safe bet.
