I have an 05' 225 VMAX HPDI and the pressure gauge was reading 0 most of the time but occasionally would reach 5psi.
It turns out the problem was that the tube was crimped by other cables where everything goes into the boat. I ran a new tube and it should work fine..
Just something to check if you're having strange issues with low or no pressue showing on the gauge especially if you just had it serviced and it worked fine before
