Ficht ECU question

Will a '98 ficht 150 ECU work on a '98 ficht 175. Ran across a good deal and didn't know what mods. would have to be made.

The ECU is a EPA Regulated part and its against Federal law to swap it from one motor to another.

Is against federal law to rip those tags off of mattresses but i've done that. Is this one of those questions you just don't need to answer??
