It can be, but you would be better off selling your motor and buying a new one.
You would have have to change the wiring harness, pistons, porting and I am sure that there are a few other things that would need to be changed.
That would be a high price for just 20 more horses. You could do a phase II from HT and have more motor for a lot less dollars.
Was thinking in terms of durability upgrade more than horses...am sure somebody has or will do it...should be interesting...thanks anyway.

We did that on mineEcu and harness some other things ....phase II will give yo more hp than that
