today was out fishing running at 4500 rpm when motor sort of lost power like it was running out of fuel then it straghenten out and seemed like it was fine untill latter on in day was ideling through no wake zone went to get up on plane and it wouldnt go past 2100rpms .starts to stumble and just blubbers when you try.tryed squezzing primer ball no difference.starts fine idles fine.came home changed water seperator cleaned fuel filter no difference.tore fuel pumps apart everything looked fine(diaphrams not tore or ripped)compression seemed fine didnt have gauge to check but pulled plugs and put finger over hole and they all felt the same(check tommorrow with gauge)plugs looked a liitle wet and dark.carbs were rebuilt last sept.does anybody know what kind of compression it should have .any help greatly appreciated.
