I picked up about 5 mph and have not re adjusted my plate . I put the heads and reeds in mine saturday . picked up 500 rs and now I just need to get them efficienntly in the water . I went phase one . I figure the block is a big job to tackle but the rest is a breeze if you go phase 2 . good luck

zx 202 c with a 24 tro 4 . I have a little skip that was there before , I think maybe a pin hole in a fuel line . I called Nathan at h/t , by the way super nice guy , supposed to give you around 40 hp . instant holeshot , now just need to do the tweaking on the 200 ox66

Can you still run 87 octane with the new heads? 5 mph is a pretty good gain. congrats on a job well done.

I believe you need to run 89 octane gas with their hot heads. They have hotter heads and then you need more octane

I pickup about 5 and have only played with jackplate.. still need to try props.. the biggest bang I think with the stage 2 is the midrange.. it goes 50 to 70 real quick.. the hole shot is not much better if any at all. the tuner takes away the low end power... its all mid and more horses and that = 1 pitch up or more rpms.. thats all.. its worth the money..

I too would like to know if this kit would push a big heavy hull like a Z21 faster. Also, do these kits effect the warranty any at all, and lastly does anyone know the true prop horsepower on a 2006 250HPDI. I know the Merc 250XS is supposedly putting out 275 at the prop which is the maximum 10% allowed. Thanks in advance.
