My 06 is running 15 psi plus at wot and 0 at idle, You might want to change the water pump.

Even if you have a new WP you will rarely see above 12 psi if you are running in hot water. Your pressure will go back up in cooler water. I run 10-12 in the summer and 25+ in the winter.
Thats the same thing I am seeing right now is 90 degree water is around 12-14 psi at Wot and around 10-12 at around 4000rpms, I was hoping I was not the only one.

Rum mind today 20 psi wot and about 15 psi at 4000 psi.

I had the same results on my F225 in this Louisiana bath water, even after I replaced the water pump and t-stats
The only logic I can think of is that the water pressure is lower because the volume is higher in the heat, as long as you hang around 10 or 12 psi with a good pee stream and no hot horn I would say lets go fishing!!
