I tried my old stock 25M today and i think it is better than the T1 prop, better hole shot, better acceleration, and more lift. Anyone else noticed this??

If you decide to sell the T1 let me know,I want to try one on my boat.WHat pitch is the T1?
I will keep it as a spare prop. It was a 25
The M series is lighter and thinner making it faster, but it is known for slinging blades on the higher hp motors... If you run your 225 with the m it will probably throw the blade. When, who knows, just keep the t-1 on board incase it does.

What is the difference between the M and the T?? I have a new HPDI 200 coming for my Ranger Reata. Which one of these props should I be getting???
Is the T series the Vmax prop or the Pro Series? what is the name of it?
Thanks

The T series is the Vmax prop. Your Reata will perform better with an M (Pro) prop. The T props are better suited for high propshaft height.

I ran this same prop for a year on my 521 with a 225 with never a problem so I will just run it and if it looses a blade ohh well.

The 225 I'm getting this week has a M on it. It will have a T or Tempest Plus on it ASAP.
Exact oppisite for me. My T gets much better lift and its about 2.5-3mph faster than my M. Holeshot is the same but the T dosent cavitate as bad as the M did when cornering, must be because of the larger diameter?

When a prop slings a blade, it is usually not just the prop that gets messed up. The T1 is larger dia prop. 15 1/8" I think. The new T1's are a little lighter seems like. (We have one from last year and one from this year.) The M is 14.5 dia. Smaller dia prop is less drag. Hence faster (given same design). The Larger dia prop are better for heavier boats, like the Reatta. Thing is the T1 and the M are not even close in blade design. It Really all depends on your rig.
I usually run a 29T. I have a 25m and swapped it out the other day just to see what it would do. I never ran it over 4500 all day, pulled out of the water and yep it had cracked. Anyone need an anchor ?![]()
