Disconnect the water in fuel sensor wire from the bottom of the filter.
Unscrew the filter (counterclockwise, as viewed from BELOW the filter), and pour the contents into a glass jar for inspection.
New filter is Part# 18458T4 (or 18458Q4). Lubricate seal of new filter with 2-4-C Grease, OR vaseline (MUST be a fuel-soluable grease). Be sure you install the new sensor into the filter BEFORE installing filter.
Install filter until seal contacts, then turn 1/2 turn CLOCKWISE (tighter).
Reinstall water in fuel sensor wire.
Pump primer bulb until firm.
