I don't know where Langston is??? But I saw them a few days ago over at Uncle Lee's in Powderly, KY. They have an online presence but I don't know if you can order online. Do a google search for them, and at least you can get their phone number. Maybe you can get them that way. Or if you want, PM me, and the next time I am over that way, I'll check the cost and the shipping cost and we can work something out.

    Good luck,

    Danny

I have owned 2 sets of these. First set grew legs if you know what I mean. Love them, but don't know if they make them anymore. I heard they were bought out.

It costs way more but the Boga Grip like they use on Major League Fishing is actually a certified scale. I read about the XTOOLS and didnt see where it was a certified scale, however lots of reviews said it was right on. I looked and couldnt find any XTOOLS by the way to answer your question. Sorry

I think you can find some better looking floats for these cheap. Looks like a small bouy....

I hadn't thought of ebay, should have, my wife loves that site. She has gotten me tons of fishing stuff, most brand new, for much less than normal retail. Anyway, I did a search, got the best results by searching "weigh fish" and got like three pages of items. No X Tools, but there were a couple of other floating scales. Kind of sketchy looking to me, as they had the auction starting at a $1, but that may be just to avoid higher fees. They had a few items that had some bright colors too, but don't know if they float.

I'm going to be out of town the next three days, but Friday I'll run to Uncle Lee's and see if they still have those I saw the other day. They only had two sets on the peg board, but hopefully they will still be there. I can at least get you a price.

I have the Xtool, floats and instruction booklet that I am willing to let go if anyone is interested.
Trust me, living in Ohio there were very few times it got used, if you know what I mean.

I used to be on the PS for Xtools a few years back before the buyout from Shakespear. I'm not really too sure what happened wit them after that, as they wanted me to drop Falcon rods..I had a ton of equipment from them but am down to like only the few items I use on the water or cutting my finger off.
The scales are very accurate and I use them with the H2O cull tags that you can adjust the weight on the fish on..pretty handy.
I will look some more to see if I have another scale..
