06 222 pro xs is idling rough when in gear. Runs fine when in neutral or when I give it a little pedal when in gear. It has 150 hrs and have never changed the plugs could this be the problem or what? Thanks for any input.

My 07 was doing the same thing and it turned out to be the Tracker Valve had a slit in it. Mine idles great now.
Mr. Don recommends you change your plugs once a year or every 100 hours. Also have you changed your fuel lines? Mr. Don will also want your serial number to fully help you.
Sometimes I need my ATV when in my boat and sometimes I need my boat while riding my ATV.

I would highly recommend starting with some "catchup, overdue maintenance".
While you're at it... not a bad idea to check the "Basics": Comression test, Spark test (including fresh NGK IZFR6J Spark Plugs) and Fuel Quality, Delivery/ Air & Fuel Pressures.
