Two trips in a row my water outlet (pee hole) has plugged. This time I pulled the fitting off the end. Now there is plenty of water floingw out of the open end hose. Can I leave it like this?

I haven't cleaned it out yet but it looks like a piece of shell and duck weed
I think you should check your thermostats for debris as well considering this.

+1. Clean the fitting out properly, and reinstall it. I would NOT recommend leaving an "open ended hose" here- this fitting is the OUTLET for the Air Compressor's cooling circuit.
Also recommend:
-Clean air compressor strainer (located in port side of adapter plate)
-Inspect (clean as necessary) and test thermostats
-Consider replacement water pump (remember- this debris had to pass through the water pump to get TO the engine).![]()
