Wanted Manual for Sony HVL56FM Flash

I managed to buy a used 56 Sony Flash, however it doesnt have a manual.

Does anyone have a manual or the link to an English version of the manual ????

Sorry mate.... kinda weird that it won't load though.... it is just a standard .pdf file

Did a little more searching and found this

It is some kind of oriental at the beginning but go to page 64 and it is in English. It is .pdf though......
