i think a few more rpm up to 6000 i believe
i had a faststrike and have the sales catalog from 1995

My friend had a '97 Evinrude 115. I was not aware that there was an intruder version. He said that his was like an intruder, comparing it to the bigger V6s.
The intruder/fastrike 115's were identical to the V6's except the 2 extra cylinders. The standard 115 is a crossflow with a 90 degree block. The crossflow tops out about 5500 rpms and the truder tops out near 6000 rpms.

I do not think the '97 was a 90 degree. It was a 60.
