fishing ouachita saturday, anyone been there lately. im sure ill be throwing the spinderella rig. all other baits seem to be useless now. lol

Ouachita is a little bit high. Fishing is ok at best we need a good week of sun and temps in the 55-60 range. I fished a lil sunday fruitjar tourney this past weekend with a friend and we won with 14.6 lbs it was a struggle as we only caught 8 keepers all day. The day before that rusty hook took 21 to win i didnt fish it but i was out there from 9:00 to 3:30 and we had a 18-19lb limit that day. Its just hit and miss and for me i like tha lake a good 2-4 ft lower but it is what it is.

I fished the rusty hook tourney 22.4 won it on a jig bite. 2nd place was 16.5 on a trap. we had 13.3 on an a-rig.
