    Yes, but, it's nothing new up here. I've seen that same set-up on many high-line wires.
    I think the new secret color is "A-Rig"..........

    Looks a lot like what hangs from the wires before you go under Mill Creek bridge..

    Well that was mild, I was expcecting at the very least that they got hung on an air current before they ever made it to the the rig......
