Fished a tournament Sat. Called me during the tournament, wanting to know something about Ouachita length limits. (I had tears in my eyes fer 30min).
I saw Jeff later that day, but, couldn't talk, had to go.

Should've checked length limits before I left. Thought spots were 12" on Ouachita - it's 13" on everything there. Hated throwing back a 12 7/8" football with a bigger gut than me. If he'd gacked up a few shad - probably would've stretched another 1/8".
I was so frustrated Sunday, I threw back several 14" Kentucks that might actually give me an ounce or two more weight.
I was on a pattern that apparently just fizzled overnight. Catching 3lb to 6lb fish the week before, and calling my shots.
Those Blacks were replaced by dinky little Spots on Sunday. And the big bites I did get, came up and spit my bait back at me.
