Sucks everyday, used to be decent. When first opened, lots of brush where the open water is now.
Timber area is where I had any success. Off to the right as you head out from the boat ramp, there is a large ridge that has a few breaks in it with a couple of snags. At normal pool it is underwater.
Conway is the Arkansas Game and Fish largest lake. Not uncommon for 5-9lb bass if you can hook up with one.
I fished this lake one time my Brother inlaw carried me. First Bass fishing trip I'd ever been on and I guy caught one that was over nine pds. But all in all I would never go back knowing what I know now that place was dreadfully slow.
