Mark went with me to "my lake".
And, two days later.....
I went with Eric, to "Erics Lake".

I was a kind, courteous, and generous GUEST of "Eric's Lake".
I let him catch more fish. I let him catch the bigger fish.
I was rewared for this courtousness that I showed Eric on "his lake".
My Reward?...The next day I went back to "Erics Lake" by myself and SLAYED EM!

The Moral of this story is.

Actually, there's no Moral.
There is a point, however.
It being...Mark humiliated me on my lake. He caught more fish and bigger fish.
That ship'll come back and bite ya in the ask.......

I am starting to see a pattern develop here.

Muddy shallow water with big fish= Danny sucks.

Deep clear water = Danny slays them.

I am starting to think that Danny has been hanging out with/ talking to Sam too much. Either Danny needs to eat more sammichs, or carry Acme's new and improved insta-clear.

Insta clear is a product that when applied to known muddy water makes it as clear as gin, or applied to a sammich and eaten followed with a Acme x-ray energy drink, makes the user see the water as being clear.

Note of caution ingestion of more than the prescribed amount will cause acne, baldness, uncontrollable flatulance, impotence, and a desire to wave a fairy wand like a girl.

It's a mental thing. I've found I have to cast toward the middle of the lake to catch fish.
I just CANNOT keep my boat in water any deeper than 4ft.

Most of Sunday, I just fished the mud line created by my boat.

When I fished with Mark, He brought himself a can of coke and fiddy samiches. Nothing for me.
When I fished with Eric, He brought us both ice cold drinks and snacks. We were too busy catching fish to eat or drink on the boat, but..........
Once back at the ramp, There's just nothing like a "ice cold one" after a rewarding day on the water. (I think this stuff is brewed locally, never seen it in Arkansas) Eric is DA MAN!!

I got both Mark and Eric's upcoming plans.
Mark: Fish two full tx days at Dardanelle after we parted ways.
Eric: Go home watch the Hogs on his 98" Plazma with surround sound. Get up the next morning and Go to Dallas to watch the Cowboys play. Get there early enough to grill and drink / tailgate for five hrs.
