    prop height

    Whats a good starting point for motor height. 1991 20vee- 225ho johnson- lightning gearcase. I am at 1.5 below pad now and have 30psi just past positive trim at 5500 rpm. should i just keep going up or is there a better starting point.

    Depends on how big your jack plate is.. what size?
