what is the plate materical that holds the rod tubes? and how big are the tubes you used? are they just round tubes bend into oblong holes?

The material is a non porus PVC type of material. Choose this because if gotten wet it will not mildew or mold up. 60" tubes and they are bent into the shape.
Does the center rod rack hold 7'6 rods? Thanks... <*)////><
