Wanted to Buy a nice Tandem Trailer for a Bullet 20XD

Anyone out there have or know of where I can get a used Tandem trailer for a Bullet possibly with Hustler fenders chromed out - If it has just painted regular fenders that's OK. I just need one that's in great shape for a 2000 Red/white 20XD? I can even paint the trailer if necessary.

I have a single axel trailer on it now that's red with the clear coat flaking on it that I'm willing to swap and pay a difference to boot.
or does anyone know whether you can add a additional axle to a single trailer to make it a tandem and just add chrome fenders and whether that'll be cheaper?

If so, what's the smartest way to go about doing it to where everything will line up properly and not cost a ton of money for tire replacement? Secondly, where can you get the parts?

I'm in the same boat as you. just bought a Bullet with single trailer. Don't like it, I want a tandom also. Let me know if you convert it to tandom

It's about $800 in material to make the conversion if you do the work yourself. Im about to do mine just have to get the other matching rim and tires.

Thats 2 axles(I made), 4 springs, duel axel hanger kit, fenders, 2 tires, 1 rim to match and a galv rim for spare. All welding work to be done by me. No brakes thats another $300-$500 depending on the way you want to go.
