    Mike, did you end up just attaching to the decking with screws or did you use through bolts and nuts? If so, how did you get access? I would like to install a similar setup although I have noticed whoever installed the hot foot put it at a funny angle almost in the center.

    Funny stuff Joe...

    It's just screwed down with more screws and a bigger footprint. Bullets need the pedal in the middle on an angle or the screws will go through the bottom of the boat... Thats another reason for the plate for me.
