Not too sure yet my brother,there is a lower unit change to the verado style and if my source is right they have small shaft...This will be on a new 250proxs

Ahhhhh you almost did it!!!!LOL..Thats just what I was told and not buy him..Small shaft will be the verado and big will be tourque master
I heard the same thing about the 2010's having the Verado case.

Mercury is going with the Verado style case going forward. As for the the hub, I do not know as I had the case switched to a sportmaster before it was delivered.
The verado case is being used due to a design change that reduces the seal issue and better protection of the gears.
