About an area out there....I'm staying at the Ramada Inn off of I-20 on exit 13, for the Classic. How good of an area is it there and what's around to eat at a descent place and how far from all the events will I be. Thanks guys....

I have stayed there when it was a Holiday Inn several years ago. We never had a problem but don't think you want to go north from there-lol. IIRC there is a Waffle House right across the interstate from there. I am guessing and saying that it is probably 6-7 miles from the place where all the booths will be set up (if it is same place it was last time). It is another 3-4 miles from the CenturyTel building where weigh-in and several more miles on south of there where the launch will be each day. But it really doesn't take that long to get from where you are to downtown Shreveport where the show is each day since it is mostly interstate.
There are a few eating places along the interstate not far from where you are, but the most of the places are going to be on Youree Dr. in Shreveport (go south on I-49) and then east on the Bert Kouns exit by the Academy. Youree Dr. then crosses Bert Kouns past all the car places. Take a left on Youree and there is all kinds of eating places. If you eat in Bossier (which might be more convenient since it is on way from downtown to the CenturyTel Center) most of the places are on Airline Dr. north of the interstate. There is about anything you would want there if you go far enough north. Hope this helps.
