In the way he left one team for whatever reason. So Saban jumps out of BR for the dolphin job, then bails on them for the AL job. Ol Urban jumps off the burning ship for "personal" reasons then bucks up to OSU at the tune of 40 mill. If I were a gator fan I'd hate him worse than ya'll hate Saban.

I find it funny the way people look at things. As a business owner, If someone has been with you for a while and you let them go you are an AZZ and no good SOB.Doesn't matter if you can get someone else that will do twice the work at half the pay. That is not seen as bettering your company and others that work there. However if you are the person that worked for someone for a time and leave for a better opportunity you are just looking out for yourself and its great because you are moving up. Doesn't matter if the other guy spent many $$$ training you and treated you good for many years. Not saying there's anything wrong with that, just an observation.........
I have a problem working up any concern for Myer or Saban.

I think us fans have a pretty skewed idea of how committed coaches are to a program. Lets not forget folks, this is their job and only a job. Of course there are exceptions out there but not a ton of them.
That being said, Ohio State fans are nutty just like Tiger fans. The program is huge and has tons of $$. I know this is SEC country but Ohio State's program and fan base dwarfs Florida's. Urban will have a cake schedule and will have plenty of chances to win titles. His move is understandable.
As fans, we like to buy into everything they say (or dont say) and believe they are more loyal than they are. Rarely is a coach at the School they grew up loving and attended and plan on staying at when you gettin to the big bucks.

I guess I dont see the comparison between the two. Saban flat out lied about what and where he wanted to coach. Myer has never made any comments about wanting to be long time florida gator head coach. He took a year off for personal reasons after going to the hospital, Florida got a new coach, and He (myer) finally got the job he was always waiting for in Ohio State (only due to Tressel being let go. If Tressel was still there, i bet Urban would still be in the commentator booth. Saban was a 100% LIAR about his coaching jobs and where he was going.
I see where you are trying to go with it, but comparing these two is not exaclty comparing apples to apples. Florida fans need to quit looking for excuses as to why they sucked this year. Trust me it had nothing to do with who was at the helm.
