What did I do to my laptop? It froze up while looking at a website. I could not ctrl alt del or escape. I shut the computer down and now it wont boot. Won't start in safe mode either. And I wasn't looking at porn. I was checking travel info in Washington.
Don't know why, but I let it sit there for about 30 minutes and it logged on. I might come out of retirement and go work for Geek Squad.
It booted back up because I sent you a secret e mail that cleans out viruses and fixed it for you !!!!!! YOUR WELCOME !!!!!!!!

It takes about 30 minutes for the porn sites to load their viruses. So when it was done, it started working again.

For once I wasn't looking at porn when it locked up. I was looking at stuff in Washington state. My son got his orders. His first duty station is Fort Louis in Washington.
sorry bout that Barry.. just got in.. was it getting really hot (not a porn reference)?? it may have overheated.. if it did, that would explain why it locked, and then would not boot. Once it cooled off, then it was back operational.
Just out of curiosity Barry, is this the same one that you kept bringing back to the Geek Squad a while back?
Just get a can of compressed air (DO NOT USE YOUR AIR COMPRESSOR- MOISTURE IN THAT AIR) and blow it out every other month or so.. Laptops get a little more easily plugged up than desktops because of the limited number of vents.
Could have been hot. I plan on getting a new one in a month or so. The hinge broke and it doesn't close right. Guess that is from bringing it to the camp and mini storage all the time.
