Been a fan about 50 years BUT if they did wrong they need to SIT IN STREET CLOTHES THE 1st 3 GAMES in addition to any law penalties if trivial...

Jefferson is from my home Parish...the richest in the state...the St. Charles schools lack nothing...even the Rec Dept spends a million a year...can't buy common sense though...you kick a guy in the head?????

Guys I wish we could chill out on the Southern bit - Please, we have enough problems of own and don't make it any easier by slinging more mud. Besides this isn't time for bashing any state higher learning institution especially with the representation we have in place at the state's capitol right now. It's enough that these young men were involve in with this incident - Which could be career killers for of them all.
If you would take the people off both campus (physically)- You would have a very costly investment baring no results. A empty school yard paints the picture of nothing. It's the students, directors, instructors and etc who paints the face of any universities' image in the eyesight of the public. Both schools are very noteworthy able in carrying their own success - Wanted or Unwanted with no armchair quarterback help.

I root for Southern every week. They are a Louisiana team and the only other louisiana team they play is Grambling (I think). What I don't understand is an LSU fan rooting for whoever plays Tulane, or the other way around too.

Yeah.. and you know what over 80% of that money goes to? cutting the grass on property that the rec dept doesn't even own. because of the agreement that we have with the school board, we get to use their properties, and in return we cut their grass. If we could stop spending that money to cut their grass, the rec dept could buy their own property and have their own gyms within a 5 year span.

oh.. but wait....we can't do that... then the school board wouldn't be able to claim that they have a freakin surplus in their budget every year..... hmm.... maybe then they (the school board) wouldn't be able to afford to buy the teachers post it notes, dry erase markers, and manilla folders.. oh but wait.... they don't do that either.. the parents have to buy them and send them to school.
