I had a friend do that with 5 or 6 trout. He went to the fire station and got a Scott Air Pack to wear while he cleaned it out.

A dude at work left a pack of chicken in his truck for 3 days. Poor fella had to dump over 10 boxes of baking soda to ease the smell.
