There is a Batteries Plus in Houma. They advertise that they have a battery for everything.
There's a battery store in the shopping center at the corner of Bluebonnet and Perkins.

Im with Light. My experience was it wouldnt hold the charge long at all after the first few uses so I went to a cig plug in after I got my first fancy boat with one.
Do Work !
I bought a cheap one from Home Depot about 6 yrs ago and as of Jan this year it will no longer take a charge. Not sure how much the battery is to replace it, but i saw another just about like it for 19.95, that probably what the battery cost or close to it.
I also have one that needs to be hooked to a battery, but this one is for outside in the yard chootin critters at night. It has held up for a few years. Battery is $9 online.

How much will they hit you for shipping ? I bet thats gonna be cheaper then the battery store, i'm gonna see if i can find one on Amazon for mine.
I'd rather pay a lil extra to pick it up locally. Still old fashioned, don't like buying online.
I just bought 2 battery's for my Ryobi drill set online, saved me about 12 bucks with free shipping and delivered to my door, but yea i kinda like the old way sometimes myself..
Check out the battery place near the corner of Hwy. 621 and Hwy. 44 in Gonzales. I think his shop is called Battery Doctor .225-644-7812
