    Don,

    Will the poppet valve hung shut cause low water pressure,chasing low wp,will do like you said start at water pump,but its only two months old.May have got some trash as we have had lots of rain and trash floating around.Thanks

    A poppet valve that's sticking OPEN will result in low water pressure (at lower RPM's).

    A poppet valve that's stuck CLOSED will have normal water pressure at idle, and CRAZY HIGH water pressure at higher RPM's.

    Don, you say "CRAZY HIGH water pressure at higher RPM's" what kind of numbers would you be looking at for further reference?

    "Crazy High" can vary from setup to setup (as can normal water pressure), so I'm not going to post any "magic number".

    It would be "substantially" higher than your normal water pressures.
