    I thought for sure the sows were still roaming the flats. The spawn may be over and they may have moved to deep water.

    Looks like a great time!

    All you S. LA boys are so lucky to be so close to all those different kinds of fishing! I was raises in the wrong part of the state.

    I'm not 100% sure but I think what you have there are a couple cero mackerels instead of spanish mackerels.

    I don't have clue the difference I didn't even know it was a mackerel at all. The capt said it was and said he's been doing this since he was 16 and he was 50 so I didn't argue. I'm not gonna go on a three page rant and tell you your wrong
