Remove oil pump and replace with merc block-off kit. remove oil tanks and hoses. Put threaded plug in block where oil suction hose was connected with a barbed fitting. Put Oil in Fuel and go. Suggest putting oil in Fuel and run 1 trip prior to removing injection stuff.

Don't remember the price, wires were removed, but no alarms now.

    Kit comes with instructions.

Re: Got a merc question (RogerR)

Default Alarm Module Removed, how do I route the Temp Sensor

Removal complete with the kit, was very simple. Only one last question I removed the alarm module but the question I have is do I now need to route power to the terminal with all the temp probes or is the block they are attached to internally linked. My directions say reroute tan w/blue stripe wire but it does not say where.

    Thanks Again
    Bill

If I remember right, tie the tan/Blue from the wireharness to the over temp sender lead so the over temp alarm will still work. Mark
