Any water in the Louisiana Delta fishable with a Louisiana license south of Highway 90 bridge near Amelia City, LA. See boundaries below.

OFF-LIMITS DATES
Classic waters go off-limits to all contestants Monday, December 13, 2010

PRE PRACTICE PERIOD
February 11, 12, and 13, 2011

IMPORTANT
Beginning at 12:01 AM central, Monday, December 13, 2010, continuing through the final weigh-in of the 2011 Classic, February 20, 2011, other than using publicly-available information (e.g. newspaper and Internet reports) 2011 Classic contestants cannot solicit, receive, or gather any information via phone, electronic devices or any other means about locating or catching fish on Classic waters unless that information comes from another 2011 Bassmaster Classic contestant. NO EXCEPTIONS.


CLASSIC PRE-PRACTICE AND RESTRICTIONS
Unless practicing with another 2011 Bassmaster Classic contestant no one is allowed to have anyone in the act of fishing in their boat during the three day Pre Practice period. You are allowed to have a rider with you who has no knowledge of tournament waters. Media representatives approved by BASS are allowed to ride and must sign Media Waiver obtained from BASS Communications. BASS reserves the right to assign Pre Practice Partners. Contestants are not allowed to get information from a rider or Media member in the Pre-practice period for purposes of locating or catching bass on tournament waters.

During Pre Practice riders are not allowed to assist Classic contestants in any way such as operating GPS unit, trolling motor, gas engine (with exception of loading and unloading boats from trailer), etc. Riders are only allowed to watch.

FLYING OVER CLASSIC WATERS
No flying over tournament waters during competition

BOUNDARIES
No boats allowed north of Highway 90 near Amelia City towards the Atchafalaya Basin Map #15 KNOWN OFF-LIMITS
-District Ponds -- Des-Allemands, between Lake Des-Allemands and Lake Salvador, (also known as Dufrene Pond) -- signs are posted -- Map #48
-Avoca Island -- near spillway close to Morgan City-- signs are posted -- Map #15
-Delta Farms -- southwest of launch area -- signs are posted -- Map #31
-Classic launch area at Bayou Segnette State Park -- no fishing inside bridge at launch site. Map #17
-Any waters posted by Federal or State agencies are off-limits. No casting into these or any off-limits areas. -Only water open to all public fishing is considered tournament waters.
-Areas posted by landowners.

OTHER POSSIBLE OFF-LIMITS
-Any gated area is off-limits. If gates are open in the mornings, they may be closed in the afternoons.
-If asked to leave an area deemed private property all Classic boats must leave that particular area.
-Other areas may be announced by BASS such as live release area deemed by Louisiana Game and Fish.

HAZARDOUS AREAS
-Bourge Pontoon Bridge on the Intercoastal waterway is cable operated. If the bridge is open, be careful of cables. If closed, idle under the cement section.
