    Maps for GPS?

    Guys, I am trying to get a card that shows all the canals in the pegion area that will plug into my Lowrance....The only place I have found is http://www.aerialcharts.com/se...oriesbut it is just verret area....I called them and they said they do not have the pegion area yet and are not expecting to have it anytime soon.....What do yall use to show all the canals in pegion areas??

    good ole fashion map, and learn it. I havent found any mapping that is worth a crap for around here.

    That card is not an updated map.. it is simply routes that they have programmed onto a card. I have the one for the Segnette area. It just overlays the routes over your basemap of your unit.

    I used to have a mapcreate card someone made for me and it was pretty good for the spillway, pigeon, sorrell.

    I saw on one post that the guys at the Troll Motor Shop have an SD card with a real good map of the spillway. It is around $100 bucks.

    well mapcreate is no longer made ( you could still find versions around though) and next in line is NavPlanner will no longer be made.

    there really isn't anything for our units to display the marshes/bayous/canals down here.

    do you have version 7. How is the details on toledo bend.

    yes on 7. Toledo Bend topo is in 10' increments.
