I discovered I had a thermostat problem with my 300XS on Sunday 11/14 while running the prototype props. Even though I have a Merc dealer 2 miles from my house, I called Rothwell early Monday morning because I had BIG fishing plans while off for Thanksgiving week. Marty answered the phone and jumped through hoops to get me what I needed so that I could be on the water the following Saturday morning.
ps Maybe this will help him slow down on the ARK vs LSU smack talk....I doubt it though

Wow, what does that tell you about the Dealer 2 miles away? News flash to all boat dealers, you sell something that is a luxury item, so to keep and grow business you really need to learn what great customer service is and use it. JMO
