Thursday night, unless we decide to throw something together, will be fend for yourself. Their is a resteraunt five minutes away that we normally hit while there.
Friday during the day-fried boudin balls/fries.
Friday night-red bean gumbo
Saturday during the day-deer saucepecante
Saturday night-pastalaya

the deer will be cooked and served at the sportsman Saturday. Figured it would be nice to take a lil boat ride there for some grub. The pastalaya will be back at lakeview that night. The redbean gumbo will also be at lakeview. I can do the boudin balls wherever yall want. I'm staying at lakeview buy it wouldn't be hard to do them at the sportsman.

As with the last few years, I will not ask for food money but will set out a jar if you want to put something to cover some of the food expense. Looking forward to seeing everyone again and meeting some new friends. If anyone needs anything or have questions just holla at me-225-206-1520

My mom is from N. O. and has made it several times when we lived up north, but her N. O. style red beans and rice is freaking awesome.It's simular to what Popeyes makes,but better...
