I am looking at buying a 23 pitch tepest plus for $150 ( SEEMS LIKE A GOOD DEAL); however comparing a new tempest to the one I want to buy, they look different???? Am I seeing things??? Should I walk away? FYI they both have the same number stamped on them : 48-825864 23P

Did you ever try a 23M or a trophy. I have had much better luck with the M and trophy on my boat.

No I have tried the M series. I cant spend over $150 ish on a prop....I saw this deal and thought I would jump on it......

I would not jump on anything. If you only have $150, save it for a few months. In the meantime, try every prop you can get your hands on.

havent ran one......I work 5-8's and so it is hard for me to meet up and run props.....I am always frekin busy......

I have a 23M and a 24 worked trophy you can try. If we were still having the tourney on the 21st that would have worked out good. I probably should get rid of the 23 as it is too small. The 25M is by far the best for me.

If the 23 would work out on your rig we can work something out. May trade something, I'm sure you have something I could use you don't use anymore
That way you can use the 150 to get it tweaked for your rig.
