Great for sac a lait.it's not no ToledoBend but I think it's a great fishery. When the time is right it can give up 20lb sacks. No, you can not access the red river from it unles the water is unbelieveably high and then of that's the case everything would be shut down. Right now the water level is pretty high but I'm hearing it starting to drop.

Larto is overlooked as a Bass lake. I used to work with a couple guys that were raised up on the lake. If you know where to go, there are some monster bass. It is one of those Lakes where you either zip, or bust 15 plus.
As far as sac a lacs, it has many, many of them. Most of your boats on any given day have 8+ rods hanging off it. People drive there from all over.
