No it's not mine. I stopped and looked at it today. The guy said he want's $12,000.00 and I find that extremely high for the condition. He said it always was kept inside but the seats are torn from the sun.

He'll be sitting on that for a while. Seats do not get torn from flourescent lights in a garage. No telling what other problems the boat may have.
I think you can find a much nicer boat for that price

Jeff you looking for a 12k boat? if so give me a shout and i 'll she what i can find as i look for my next one. Depending on shape etc the bee could be worth it but if its showing the wear you say i'd take a hike and keep looking. 12 would the top dollar for that rig so it should be in top shape.
9 times out of 10 if cosmeticly it has been neglected, motor and maintanance neglected as well.way too high!!!

Bees did not have the best in finish work...ie seats carpet.....The boat is Not worth the $12,000
NADA Guide shows a low value in the 9,000 area....You would have $1,500.00 in interior work to replace seats and carpet
And Retail Value is what they are asking which would have to be showroom

Is this boat off of greenwell springs road going towards baton rouge? I saw one for sale today and looked like it was in good condition. just curious.

Yea that's the one. It looks really good from the road but stop and check it out and You'll see what I mean.
