After all the headaches I went through I needed to recalibrate fuel, oil, and trim. Trim was easy, but fuel and and oil are way off. Any tips other than to just follow the procedure in the SC manuals?

For fuel and oil calibrations, the "default" calibration (you can try resetting it to the default calibration) usually works fine. It DEFINITELY should work well for the "oil level" (since that's a Mercury Sender).![]()
IF the default does not function, you can use the "fill method". To perform this proceedure, you'll need to start with your tank level at approximately 1/8. That's what you'll be setting as the "empty" position (later Smartcraft Versions require there be "some" fuel in the tank before beginning the calibration sequence- which makes sense, since you want to see a "low fuel warning" BEFORE your tank is dry).
Your boat should be "level" on the trailer (port to starboard, AND bow to stern) before beginning. Follow the instructions in the manual (or on screen) to perform the calibration (setting 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, and Full positions as the tank is filled to it's capacity).![]()
