How long can I run my 250 xs wide open before I have to worry. Ran it about 20 minutes to beat a rain storm and was worried the whole way. Tell you what, after that run that thing was like I woke up a dead horse.Un real. I wish it would run that way all the time.
I assume if engine temps and water pressure are within parameter there is no limit to the time you could run it wide open but I'll let Don clarify this.

I dont but for some reason I was worried and said to myself F' it. So I let it rip. Just wanna know how log these things can run like that. Minutes,hours, days?
Oh yea. One other thing. That feeling was sweet. It was music like I never heard before. I mean DAMN.

Fed proper oil.... good fuel, and warmed up properly..... and run within the Maximum RPM range specified- probably longer than you'd care to stay at the wheel!
